     Of an exposition sponsored by the French Embassy in Mexico City in 1954, Margarita Nelken wrote,

"…Tabaud's work, definitively abstract with its juxtaposition of colors, pale or vibrating, doesn't fail to produce an impact upon the sensibility of the beholder."
